Expanding Our Impact

Our employee-led Diversity Committee helps drive real impact through events and partnerships. Through our work with TechSpark Academy, Powercoders and Resilient Coders we help promote coding skills among young girls, immigrant groups and POC communities.

Growing Our Team

We partner with organizations such as WomenHack, HackerX and more to connect with a diverse variety of candidates and use gender decoding technology to reduce bias in our job descriptions.
